About Aidocr
We understand the complexity of an entire industry.
Construction and real estate work with heterogeneous data across countless systems. BIM models, tender documents, GAEB datasets, plans, contracts, sensor data. Each in its own format, each an island. The industry has been trying to unify these data structures for years.
Aidocr is the connection between all of that data and those systems: a mediator that makes an easier working day possible as a central assistance system.

A big vision, concretely delivered.
We do not believe in AI that replaces millions of jobs, but in AI that makes the working day noticeably easier. That is why we are building Aidocr into the standard for building intelligence, sovereign and reliable.
We believe
in an AI that genuinely supports people with mission-critical tasks in the built world.
We act
as the central knowledge layer that connects industry-specific data and tools seamlessly.
We build
for sovereignty, reliability and economic viability, and for the future of work.
How it works
Two layers of one technology.
Below, the technical processing of the data. Above, the straightforward working day it enables.

Sovereign AI
Data control is essential in compliance-driven industries.
Sensitive building and tenant data must not leave the company's own ecosystem. For construction, real estate and the public sector, sovereignty is therefore not an option but an obligation.
Data integration
The existing systems remain the systems of record. Aidocr only reads from them: the data stays where it is and is not moved.
Model freedom
Agnostic towards the models: frontier models, open models or both in parallel, switchable at any time, no vendor lock-in.
Sovereign setup
The EU AI Act and the CLOUD Act demand clear answers. The setup can be chosen entirely sovereign: open models on-premise, a dedicated EU cloud or EU-sovereign with Azure local. The US stack stays out of it completely if required.
Sourced answers
Every figure with its source, traceable to the original passage. For CSRD, due diligence and audits, a figure without a source is a liability risk.
